You will help large organizations like Dell and AT&T identify repetitive computer tasks ripe for automation. Mimica's intelligence drives informed decisions, recommending optimal technologies like RPA, intelligent document processing, and GenAI. This approach transforms work, creating blueprints for new automations.

How We Work

You will join a remote-first team operating globally. Work fully remotely, from hubs, or a blend of both, choosing what suits you best. Mimica supports hubs across Europe and the Americas, fostering a flexible environment. The engineering team features 8 cross-functional teams, including a dedicated Platform team focused on infrastructure. You will work in small, project-based teams, owning the full lifecycle of your projects. You will set your own routine to maximize your productivity.

Engineering at Mimica

You will solve complex challenges in data visualization and real-time frontend services. Mimica builds interfaces allowing multiple users to edit graph data and retrain AI models through their input. The company started building proprietary ML before the LLM boom, training models from the ground up. You will contribute to advanced system design principles, data structures, algorithms, and data-intensive applications. Engineers at Mimica balance quality and velocity, with shared responsibility for production code.
