At BookNook, our unwavering mission is to ensure every student has an equal chance to excel through our research-driven instructional materials and consistent tutor relationships. BookNook is a comprehensive literacy intervention program, providing instruction through our synchronous learning platform and virtual tutoring services. Since 2016, BookNook has served more than 160,000 students in over 600 school districts across 23 states. Standards-aligned and grounded in the science of reading, our curriculum ensures a structured, evidence-based approach to building reading proficiency. A 2023 research study with the Consortium for Policy Research in Education places BookNook as one of the only remote tutoring providers with ESSA I Tier 1 level of evidence - illustrating strong evidence of our program’s efficacy.
