3+ years of experience in video game development with at least 1 shipped title in a production/project management capacity.
Experience with live game support.
Proficiency with multiple project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Trello.
Build, track and maintain both simple and complex project schedules, managing staffing, financials, and writing contracts.
Experienced with client-facing relationships and communications along with strong mediation and negotiation skills.
B2-C1 English level – conversational and written.
PMP, CSM or CAPM certification is a huge bonus.
Strong passion for the Age of Empires/Mythology franchise.

💡 Responsibilities

Help drive the development of a game title from pre-production to final product release, as well as post launch support.
Support Production, Directors, and Team leads to develop and communicate a clear vision for the product.
Proactively assess and identify risks, mitigate them early, and communicate issues and proposed solutions.
Create and maintain project management documents including status reports, project plans, post-mortems, and compiling of historical information.
Engage with external clients under project leadership oversight.
Forecast and maintain production financials: Budget creation, scheduling, and milestone definitions.
Provide visibility internally and externally; deliver presentations and reviews with company leadership, internal teams, and clients.
