- Own day-to-day relationships with Natural Channel headquarter contacts and manage broker network performance
- Drive distribution of new items through creating new item selling decks, selling assortments at headquarter level, securing promotional programming, and supporting shelf placement and planogram execution
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the Graza business within existing accounts and expand into new doors or categories
- Coordinate with distributor partners (KeHE, UNFI) to ensure accurate ordering, inventory flow, and promotional execution
- Monitor in-stock performance and work proactively to resolve out of stocks and distribution gaps
- Plan and execute new item launches, seasonal promotions, and resets across the account portfolio
- Conduct regular market visits, including ride-alongs with broker partners, to ensure strong in-store execution and identify opportunities
- Build and manage account-level plans including promotional calendars, distribution targets, and volume forecasts
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting on account performance, distribution progress, and market insights
- Partner closely with the Director of Sales, Natural Channel on strategy, priorities, and escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to support account needs and trade planning
