- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
- Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate how they can create value for customers
- Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership to
- Track record of exceeding customer expectations
- Experience working with engineering and product teams
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during calls
- Deliver sales presentations that articulate Funnelβs capabilities and value propositions to prospects and existing customers
- Lead detailed and technical product demos customized for each client and opportunity
- Contribute to success planning for new clients post-sale and ensure a seamless transition to solutions and implementation teams
- Respond to and spearhead customer requests for proposals and RFIs
- Set clear expectations and success criteria during the sales process, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company capabilities
- Support Business Reviews (QBRs) post-implementation, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing success
- Use discretion and independent judgment when solving technical issues and finding ways to improve.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer feedback and adjust demo strategies accordingly
- Liaise with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new features and product positioning
- Stay well informed with product and engineering on roadmap developments and gauge how best to accommodate reasonable requests
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Travel up to 20% of the time
