- 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields.
- BDR experience, along with training, instructional design, and sales closing experience is preferred.

- Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and develop training content that aligns with overall company objectives and strategies.
- Serve as the go-to mentor and resource for BDRs, providing guidance and support across all aspects of their role and development.
