Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or related fields.
  • BDR experience, along with training, instructional design, and sales closing experience is preferred.
  • Strong passion for sales strategy and process, especially regarding top-of-funnel activities.
  • Compelling presentation skills with the ability to deliver energetic and interactive training sessions.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with SaaS sales processes and methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or Gap Selling.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Business Development Representatives (BDR) onboarding program, ensuring a seamless and effective integration into the sales team.
  • Develop, deliver, and update training sessions focused on enhancing sales skills, strategy, and process to improve effectiveness in sourcing top-of-funnel opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive training on the solutions’ impacts and benefits to empower the team with essential product knowledge needed for successful customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and develop training content that aligns with overall company objectives and strategies.
  • Serve as the go-to mentor and resource for BDRs, providing guidance and support across all aspects of their role and development.
