Requirements:

• Must have strong ability to multitask.
• Solid technical acumen.
• Experience with EMR systems or other healthcare information systems.
• Experience with Supply Chain (ERP)/HR/Payroll systems preferred.
• 1+ years professional experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or currently able to legally work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with your clients.
• Managing multiple projects, across a wide array of clients.
• Work with client subject matter experts to analyze workflows and requirements for data retention.
• Perform validation of archived data to maintain accuracy and integrity of the data.
• Lead client team through validation process and triage reported issues.
• Act as liaison between the development/technical team and the client.
• Provide training to key stakeholders and client validation team.
• Ensure project success.
