Requirements:

• Professional fluency in English, with superb communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Optimizely).
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok).
• Excellent understanding of PPC, SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across multiple channels including paid media, social media, and email.
• Plan and guide on new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages engagement.
• Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
• Analyze customer acquisition data and metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on growth metrics, including customer acquisition rate, retention rate, LTV, and CAC.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to implement new growth tactics.
