- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and build relationships.
- Collaborate with operations on CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytics tools.
- Align internal resources to focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
- Manage executive-level relationships and fulfill information requests.
- Stay updated on federal policies impacting analytics usage among agencies.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and understand pricing processes.
