- Support CS Director to build meaningful relationships across customers’ organizations.
- Collaborate with implementation and data science teams to ensure AI use cases are successful.
- Work closely with the OfferFit sales team to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of customer business contexts and pain points.
- Guide customers in maximizing business value from OfferFit.
- Conduct analyses using Excel and SQL, providing data-driven presentations.
- Synthesize and communicate customer insights to relevant teams.
