Responsibilities:
  • Support CS Director to build meaningful relationships across customers’ organizations.
  • Collaborate with implementation and data science teams to ensure AI use cases are successful.
  • Work closely with the OfferFit sales team to drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Develop an understanding of customer business contexts and pain points.
  • Guide customers in maximizing business value from OfferFit.
  • Conduct analyses using Excel and SQL, providing data-driven presentations.
  • Synthesize and communicate customer insights to relevant teams.
