Requirements:

• Must be a practicing LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC, fully licensed.
• Experience with pediatric trauma work is required.
• EMDR training is preferred.
• Licensed in California; additional state licenses are a bonus.
• Must be comfortable practicing telehealth via video.
• Organized and enthusiastic in a dynamic team environment.
• Warm and engaging clinical style.
• Passionate about helping kids and teens achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate and guide members in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with clinical team members including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques.
• Engage in training on the proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
