Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant job experience.
- SQL is required.
- Familiarity with modern data stacks, including ETL tools, data warehouses, and data visualization platforms.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to lead team members as a player-coach, completing projects alongside them and teaching best practices and techniques.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to develop client solutions.
- Ability to process data objectively and efficiently.
- Intellectual curiosity about new data tools and data analytics and data science strategies.
- R or Python experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Complete data analytics and data science projects for clients.
- Research new technologies and skillsets that the firm does not currently possess.
- Lead client projects from start to finish, including scoping, onboarding, and delivery.
- Train and develop team members in engagement processes and data analytics skills.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and deep data investigations.
- Create data visualizations and integrate data.
- Develop ETL processes.
- Perform statistical modeling and machine learning.
