Requirements
- Have at least 4–5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Have strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service Cloud.
- Bring hands-on experience with Apex.
- Bring hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript.
- Bring hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL.
- Have experience with APIs and integrations.
- Know Field Service architecture, scheduling optimization, and mobile solutions.
- Have experience working in Agile environments.
- Have experience with DevOps/version control tools.
- Agentforce experience is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce Field Service Cloud solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support Field Service Cloud projects covering scheduling, mobile workforce, and service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations with enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and development standards.
