Have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
Bring strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM development.
Have experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
Have experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
Be able to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Understand Agile delivery practices and participate in project ceremonies.
Have English at Upper Intermediate level or higher for client communication.
Travel industry experience is a nice-to-have.
Experience using AI-based tools for development or documentation is a nice-to-have.
Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and data workflows is a nice-to-have.

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce functionality to support CRM business needs.
Implement enhancements in Salesforce Service Cloud and related CRM areas.
Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce customizations.
Support system integrations, APIs, and data flows across connected platforms.
Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to clarify needs and scope.
Troubleshoot issues, support defect resolution, and improve system stability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Document technical solutions and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Use AI-based tools, where relevant, to improve development efficiency and documentation.
