Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data development and engineering.
- Have strong experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
- Be proficient in SQL and Python development.
- Have experience building and supporting enterprise data pipelines and transformation frameworks.
- Understand data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and lakehouse architectures.
- Have experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub-based CI/CD processes.
- Have a good understanding of Azure security, governance, and networking fundamentals.
- Be able to work directly with customer stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Have very good communication skills in English.
- Reside in Poland.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize modern data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, notebooks, dataflows, and transformation processes.
- Support scalable lakehouse, warehousing, and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Senior Data Engineers, and customer engineering teams.
- Implement source control, CI/CD, and automated deployments.
- Apply secure engineering approaches and support data governance, GDPR, and data classification requirements.
- Produce technical documentation and support customer data platform development and optimization.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities and contribute to technical standards within the Data & AI practice.
