Requirements
- Have 8–12 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
- Have practical experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Have strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
- Demonstrate advanced practical skills in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Have experience designing enterprise CRM applications.
- Understand Lightning Web Components (LWC) from a UI/UX design perspective.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Have English proficiency at B2 or C1 level for communication in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Design UI/UX for applications built on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma.
- Translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Design solutions in accordance with Salesforce Lightning Design System standards.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Functional Consultants, Architects, and Developers.
- Lead UX workshops, usability reviews, and design validation.
- Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and consistent UX standards.
