Requirements
- Hold a PhD in Chemistry, Computational Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Have hands-on laboratory or computational research experience.
- Have expertise in at least one relevant chemistry domain.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, programming, and communication skills.
- Bring postdoctoral or academic research experience (preferred).
- Have peer-reviewed publications or scientific software contributions (preferred).
- Have experience with AI/ML-assisted chemistry workflows (preferred).
- Have a background in drug discovery, reaction prediction, or retrosynthesis (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate chemistry problems and workflows.
- Analyze reaction mechanisms, spectroscopy, and simulation data.
- Optimize experimental protocols and computational methods.
- Support AI model evaluation and benchmarking.
- Document scientific findings and provide expert feedback.
