Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment.
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and faculty members.
- Communicate with clients and faculty in a timely and professional manner, and ensure client expectations are met.
- Develop project budgets and manage project budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Schedule and conduct project start-up, interim, and final team meetings; maintain timelines and event schedules.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver programs within budget, on time, and on strategy.
- Provide ongoing project updates to clients and internal team members.
- Oversee project activities, including faculty recruitment, content development, logistics, registration, participant communications, materials production, and supplier performance.
- Manage central project files and own daily account work.
- Contribute to account-team business development and assist with training new team members.
