Requirements
- Have 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or a similar role.
- Bring strong organization and follow-through when managing queues and tasks.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and by phone.
- Be comfortable working across email, phone, CRM, and shared inboxes.
- Be interested in sales and in growing into a licensed role.
- Be willing to embrace and incorporate advanced AI tooling into daily workflows.
- Insurance experience is a plus but is not required.
- No insurance license is required.
Responsibilities
- Triage the squad inbox and match emails and calls to the right deal in the CRM.
- Make first contact on new deals and route each one to the appropriate lane using the switch rules.
- Collect factual information, confirm property details, and gather required documents to prepare deals for the Account Executive and Account Manager.
- Schedule calls and follow-ups, and request pre-bind documents from clients.
- Keep each deal current in the CRM with a next action, owner, and due date.
- Prepare manual quote requests and assemble the handoff package at bind.
- Answer the squad phone line and take a turn on the Intake rotation.
- Use AI-native tools to draft, log, and organize work.
