Requirements
- Have shipped agentic or AI-forward products and have a point of view on designing for non-deterministic outputs.
- Use AI hands-on in your own process, including prototyping and building in a harness or in code.
- Bring deep enterprise B2B SaaS experience, including custom configurations, multi-org workflows, and large deployments.
- Have experience designing object models and patterns that work across multiple product surfaces.
- Be comfortable working closely with engineers in a technical, domain-heavy space such as GRC.
- Have led teams of 12 or more, including design directors, design managers, and staff individual contributors.
- Provide a portfolio showing how you simplified complex products and shipped AI-forward experiences; required for interview.
- Protect Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results.
- Use AI in day-to-day work, build fluency through experimentation, and apply sound judgment to maintain a high quality bar.
Responsibilities
- Lead the agentic direction for Governance & Compliance, building on existing agents and defining what comes next.
- Shape how people and agents work together across the product pillar.
- Set design quality standards and drive consistency from concept through launch.
- Guide decisions on scoping, segmentation, org units, permissions, and multi-entity audits.
- Build on the design harness so designers can prototype and ship faster while maintaining craft.
- Develop design leaders and senior individual contributors, build the team, and hire as the pillar grows.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to co-own outcomes and quality.
