Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Have previous experience in e-commerce or retail.
- Bring strong experience in data science and machine learning.
- Have strong Python and SQL skills.
- Have experience with PySpark or Spark and large-scale data processing.
- Have a good understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning techniques.
- Have hands-on experience in at least one of customer 360 and personalization, demand forecasting and inventory, or unified data platforms and analytics.
- Be able to understand business needs and translate them into practical data solutions.
- Work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning models using large-scale retail and e-commerce data.
- Work with data from multiple sources and collaborate with data engineers, analytics and business stakeholders.
- Translate business problems into data science solutions with measurable impact.
- Prepare, analyse and model large datasets in Databricks and Spark-based environments.
- Contribute to production-ready ML solutions and improve existing models and approaches.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
