Requirements
- Have hands-on Looker and LookML experience.
- Have strong SQL skills, ideally in BigQuery, including a sound grasp of joins and query cost.
- Have experience turning raw data into clear, user-friendly dashboards.
- Be able to explain technical work to non-technical colleagues.
- Have at least conversational-level English language skills.
- Python for scripting around Looker is helpful.
- Familiarity with dbt is helpful.
- Curiosity about AI tools and the habit of checking their output are helpful.
Responsibilities
- Build semantic layers in Looker that colleagues can navigate without guidance.
- Create clear, easy-to-use dashboards on Booksy data.
- Learn Booksy's KPIs and data well enough to work independently.
- Review smaller pieces of work from fellow analytics engineers.
