Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Have solid experience with Apache Spark.
- Have experience with BI tools; Tableau is preferred, and candidates with other BI platforms should be ready to ramp up on Tableau quickly.
- Have English proficiency at B2/C1 level for communication with cross-functional teams.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Be able to work effectively with ambiguous or evolving requirements.
- Be able to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Databricks AI/BI Dashboards or Databricks SQL experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in BI migration projects is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data modeling are a plus.
- Experience working with consultants or cross-functional teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Migrate existing Tableau dashboards to Databricks AI/BI Dashboards while maintaining data accuracy and functional parity.
- Analyze Tableau dashboards to understand business logic, data sources, and user needs.
- Build and optimize datasets, queries, and data models in Databricks to support new dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate results.
- Work with Databricks consultants and technical teams to align on best practices and resolve technical challenges.
- Document migration processes, decisions, and dashboard logic.
