Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Have at least 5 years of professional experience developing enterprise Java applications.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java 17 or later.
Have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA.
Understand Hibernate, JPA, entity relationships, lazy and eager loading, and transaction management.
Have experience developing and maintaining enterprise microservices and RESTful APIs.
Have JDBC development skills, including complex SQL queries, batch processing, and database performance optimization.
Have experience developing against or administering Oracle or other enterprise relational databases.
Have experience designing and developing full-stack applications using modern front-end frameworks.
Understand object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and clean coding principles.
Have experience developing automated unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
Be familiar with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Have experience across the software development lifecycle and working within Agile/Scrum teams.
Be able to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in enterprise applications and production environments.
Be able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of development responsibilities.

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and modernize enterprise Java applications.
Build backend microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring MVC.
Develop full-stack web applications using modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Develop data access layers and batch processing solutions using Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Optimize Oracle and other relational database performance through query design and performance tuning.
Develop automated unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito, and use SonarQube to improve code quality.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
Support application deployments, production releases, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA specialists, and Agile teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Document technical designs and decisions, and manage features from initial design through production support.
