Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
- Identify potential savings and coverage gaps for customers.
- Explain complex policy details in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Create tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners.
- Finalize customer coverage.
- Address customer hesitation and concerns with empathy.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service.
