- Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions
Requirements
- Hold active national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Have at least 2 consecutive years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions.
- Hold at least 3 active, unrestricted, and unencumbered state licenses.
- Have at least 2 licenses in CA, NY (autonomous), or FL (autonomous), plus 1 or more licenses in additional states.
- Function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment and critical-thinking skills.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication with compassion and clarity.
- Build trust and connection with patients in a virtual setting.
- Deliver care rooted in current clinical research.
- Be comfortable using EMR systems, text expanders, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
- Prior telehealth experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver care.
- Complete required trainings and follow clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
- Educate patients on preventive care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages.
- Provide consultations and medical guidance, including prescribing when clinically appropriate.
