Requirements
- Maintain an active Secret or higher security clearance.
- Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Have 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.
- Bring experience with ServiceNow integrations, custom development, and troubleshooting.
- Have expertise implementing and optimizing ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Security Operations, Service Catalog, and Reporting modules.
- Know ServiceNow data models and workflows, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, and CSS.
- Have experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
- Understand data security practices and integration security protocols.
- Have experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certification.
- Preferred: Experience with AWS or Azure and tools such as Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT requirements.
- Lead ServiceNow implementations, including solution design, technical planning, and phased deployments.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Develop custom applications and extend ServiceNow modules using App Engine, Flow Designer, scripting, and other platform capabilities.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications.
- Optimize workflows, manage data migrations, and improve system performance.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment planning; troubleshoot ServiceNow issues.
- Mentor developers, guide stakeholders, document systems and processes, and recommend platform enhancements.
