Requirements
- Be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (Adult).
- Have experience engaging patients using remote methods of delivery.
- Have experience working with people with mental health problems.
- Understand anxiety and depression and how they may present in Primary Care.
- Have a phone number and a computer with internet access.
- Be flexible in your working approach.
- Experience of IAPT services is desirable.
- BPS/BABCP PWP accreditation is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide Step 2 one-to-one sessions to patients allocated to the caseload.
- Deliver sessions by telephone, video or text.
- Contribute to the overall business objective of a recovery rate above 50%.
- Engage in regular clinical and case management supervision.
- Contribute to service development and initiatives as required.
