Requirements
- Hold a master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related discipline.
- Hold active licensure in Minnesota as an LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW.
- Have clinical experience with adult populations.
- Be able to work reliably in a fully remote environment.
- Work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one therapy through secure video appointments.
- Work with adults experiencing emotional and situational concerns.
- Help clients understand what may be contributing to current difficulties.
- Keep session notes and required documentation current.
- Revisit concerns when a client’s needs or circumstances change.
- Participate in team discussions when additional clinical input is useful.
- Maintain client privacy and professional boundaries.
- Follow Minnesota licensing and ethical requirements.
