Requirements
- Hold an active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in Utah.
- Have a master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Be comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- Medicare billing experience is a plus.
- For 1099 contractor roles, start at 15 hours per week.
- For W2 employee roles, start at 25 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
- Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team.
- Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes.
- Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
