Requirements
- Strong experience in Python application development.
- Hands-on experience with REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Practical experience using GitHub Actions for CI/CD, testing, automation, and deployment.
- Good understanding of Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience with Docker and containerised applications.
- Understanding of SLOs, monitoring, alerting, and system reliability.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor to improve software delivery.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
- Good command of English (min. B2).
- Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows using GitHub Actions.
- Automate testing, code quality checks, and deployment processes.
- Work with Docker and containerised application environments.
- Define Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and implement monitoring and alerting strategies.
- Improve system reliability and support rapid incident response.
- Collaborate with distributed teams in an Agile environment.
