Requirements
- Have 3+ years of QA/testing experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
- Be proficient in functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Know Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Have a background in defect identification, documentation, tracking, and verification using standard QA tools.
- Be familiar with release validation, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification.
- Understand QA processes, test planning, and testing best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Have English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites for Salesforce applications and related integrations.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions against business requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Support release validation, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification in Salesforce environments.
- Contribute to test planning, test documentation, and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices.
