Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications.
- Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, and flows.
- Know how to test Salesforce reports, dashboards, and user permissions.
- Have a background in functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
- Be familiar with release validation, smoke testing, and post-deployment verification in Salesforce environments.
- Understand QA best practices, test planning, and test documentation.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites for Salesforce applications and related integrations.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions against business requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Support release validation, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification in Salesforce environments.
- Contribute to test planning, test documentation, and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices.
