Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of commercial experience developing and maintaining applications on the IBM Mainframe platform.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, and z/OS.
- Have hands-on experience with DB2 databases.
- Have experience with SQL development, query optimization, and data analysis.
- Be able to analyze business requirements and independently design and implement solutions.
- Have experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing existing applications.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices in Mainframe environments is a plus.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus.
- Knowledge of Mainframe modernization initiatives and AI-driven software development solutions is a plus.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mission-critical systems running on IBM Mainframe technologies.
- Design, develop, and enhance business applications.
