Bring 10+ years of software development experience across multiple programming languages and the ability to learn new technologies.
Have 5+ years of software development experience in the Global Trade industry, particularly logistics, customs, or supply chain management.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in .NET technologies, particularly C# and VB.NET.
Have extensive experience building responsive front-end and single-page applications with Angular and JavaScript.
Have experience developing and consuming REST APIs, with familiarity with Swagger and Postman.
Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.
Have working knowledge of Datadog for observability, APM, and RUM.
Have cloud-native development experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience with agentic AI-first development tools and processes.
Understand application security for web services and front-end applications.
Have lead-level knowledge of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and N-tier architecture.
Have experience developing and maintaining large-scale or enterprise-level SaaS applications.
Demonstrate strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Be able to work in iterative environments with loosely defined requirements and changing priorities.
Be fluent in English and able to guide technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and communicate progress and blockers clearly.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SaaS applications using .NET, C#, VB.NET, and Angular.
Drive technical and architectural decisions, including platform selection, coding standards, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software with a distributed engineering team.
Contribute across the Agile software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through programming, testing, documentation, quality assurance, and deployment.
Lead code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and provide technical feedback.
Mentor junior developers and encourage knowledge sharing and professional development.
Oversee development estimates, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design application solutions.
Provide technical guidance to management and contribute to technology strategy and new product development.
Apply agentic AI tools and other innovative engineering practices across software development activities.
