Requirements
- Have extensive experience in product or UX design, particularly in complex SaaS enterprise, data-driven or platform environments.
- Demonstrate experience designing complex enterprise UX, ideally for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, developer tools, infrastructure or technical platforms.
- Show experience shaping design direction across complex products while remaining hands-on in execution.
- Partner strategically with Product, Engineering and Research to align design outcomes with business and user objectives.
- Bring systems thinking, sophisticated interaction design and experience establishing robust, data-connected workflows.
- Be comfortable using emerging AI tools and rapidly testing ideas with Product and Engineering.
- Have familiarity with or a strong interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture and data modeling principles.
- Be able to define, track and analyze success metrics for design solutions.
- Communicate, present and tell stories effectively, influencing and aligning diverse senior-level stakeholders.
- Be based in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead product experiences from approach definition through prototyping, validation and detailed design execution.
- Integrate intelligent automation and generative AI into user flows.
- Translate complex cybersecurity data into intuitive interfaces for investigation, analysis and response.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research insights to ground design decisions.
- Apply Object-Oriented UX to create reusable components and workflows aligned with platform entities.
- Govern the design system for cross-product consistency, accessibility and adaptability.
- Use customer insights, behavioural analytics and success metrics to inform priorities and measure impact.
- Collaborate with Engineering to support thoughtful, consistent and scalable feature implementation.
