Requirements
- Have built products people use and be able to show examples.
- Have worked on gamified products; experience does not have to be in mobile.
- Use AI every day in work, from research to specifications to prototypes.
- Make data-driven decisions and assess feature impact.
- Demonstrate sound product judgment and strong UI/UX taste.
- Prioritize effectively and be comfortable saying no and cutting scope when appropriate.
- Work naturally across teams.
- Communicate clearly with the team and others.
- Have near-native English proficiency.
- Plan your own time, make commitments, and meet deadlines.
- Have led teams of engineers and designers.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience for everyone who uses the app.
- Create and prioritize the product roadmap, deciding what gets built and when.
- Design flows and experiences that make data collection feel like play.
- Build tools, experiments, and AI harnesses to bring product ideas to life.
- Measure user reactions to new features and iterate based on results.
- Own and manage customer support for panelists.
- Manage the agency partner driving new user acquisition.
- Manage internal efforts to improve user retention.
