Requirements
- Have solid experience in full stack software development across modern frontend and backend architectures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React, along with HTML, CSS, and mobile-first responsive design.
- Have backend development experience using Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Have experience designing and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs and consuming external third-party services.
- Have strong experience with relational databases, schema design, and query optimization in cloud environments.
- Have hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker containerization, and CI/CD workflows.
- Have advanced English proficiency for regular collaboration in an English-speaking environment.
- Be based in Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Transform the existing interactive prototype into a responsive, mobile-optimized, production-ready frontend interface.
- Design and implement backend architectures, scalable REST and/or GraphQL APIs, and reliable data services.
- Ingest, normalize, and process property data feeds from external sources such as CREA DDF / MLS.
- Implement market opportunity scoring, property comparison tools, and offer pricing calculators.
- Integrate automated document generation and e-signature services for contract workflows.
- Model relational databases, optimize complex queries, and manage high-volume transactional data.
- Set up and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and basic observability tooling.
- Collaborate with the founder on technical strategy, architecture, and end-to-end product delivery.
