Job Details

Have 3-5 years of experience in a software development role.
Have advanced experience with at least one of React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
Be familiar with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations.
Have experience implementing a headless CMS or headless e-commerce.
Alternatively, have experience as a Solution Engineer or Solution Architect at a developer-focused SaaS.
Be fluent in both German and English.
Be based in Germany or the United Kingdom.
Demonstrate experience developing solutions with customers.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Bring problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Have strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

Lead onboarding workshops tailored to each customer's needs and background.
Develop relationships with customer technical and product stakeholders.
Demonstrate new features, answer technical questions, and help customers plan Sanity implementations.
Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities with existing customers.
Support new account sales through technical workshops and proof-of-concept development.
Create examples, guides, and learning modules to help customers understand concepts and implement more quickly.
Develop and maintain plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns.
Represent client requests and requirements to the internal product team.
Work with Support Engineering to address customer challenges and unblock scenarios.
Support marketing and product research teams in connecting with customers and planning events and webinars.
