Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
- Engage clients to discover their needs and goals.
- Explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
- Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the appropriate team members.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the CRM system.
