Requirements
- Bring hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
- Have strong PL/SQL programming skills.
- Have experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes.
- Have experience orchestrating workflows with Apache Airflow.
- Have experience using Git for version control.
- Have experience managing database changes with Flyway or Liquibase.
- Be able to optimize and debug complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
- Have experience with code reviews, refactoring, and database performance optimization.
- Have practical experience using AI-powered development tools.
- Have professional experience in the energy sector.
- Oracle APEX knowledge is a plus.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Azure DevOps familiarity is a plus.
- Hadoop, Apache Spark, HBase, Cassandra, or Java knowledge or experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop Oracle databases and ETL/ELT processes.
- Develop applications using Oracle APEX.
- Optimize databases, SQL queries, and PL/SQL code.
- Diagnose and resolve database incidents.
- Manage source code and database changes using Git and Flyway.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, code reviews, integration testing, and UAT.
- Create and maintain documentation of database structures and processes.
