Requirements
- Have 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate strong Python development skills.
- Have experience designing and working with on-premise Kafka environments.
- Have practical expertise with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Have hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions in production.
- Know agentic frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Have experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Have API management experience; Apigee is preferred.
- Understand DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Have experience with MLflow, Seldon, KFServing, or similar model serving platforms.
- Have monitoring and AI observability experience, ideally with Arize.
- Have good English at B2/B2+ level.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality.
- Own end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve technical challenges.
- Ensure solutions align with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.
