Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design or advanced consulting roles.
- Have practical experience designing Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
- Understand Salesforce design principles and platform limitations.
- Understand the Salesforce security model, automation tools and data architecture.
- Have experience designing and documenting system integrations, including API, middleware, event-based integrations and batch processes.
- Be able to work with business stakeholders, conduct workshops and lead requirement-refinement sessions.
- Have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Be able to prepare clear, structured technical and functional documentation.
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce platform architecture aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure architectural consistency across the system landscape.
- Clarify requirements and conduct business discovery and stakeholder workshops.
- Translate business needs into system functionality and explain system constraints in business-friendly terms.
- Prepare architectural documentation, implementation guidelines and functional specifications for the delivery team.
- Support estimation, development roadmap planning and project scope definition.
- Identify architectural and process-related risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide ongoing project-team support on solution design and configuration.
