Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management or SaaS management.
- Have daily working knowledge of Zylo.
- Communicate in English at B2/C1 level.
- Work independently and communicate with business stakeholders and system owners, including when persuading them to adopt a change.
- Knowledge of IBM Apptio or ServiceNow is welcome.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is welcome.
Responsibilities
- Manage the portfolio of SaaS applications and licenses in Zylo.
- Analyze software costs and license utilization.
- Support application rationalization by identifying opportunities for rightsizing, consolidation, and application retirement.
- Track contract renewal calendars and processes.
- Collaborate with business partners and system owners on application decisions.
