Requirements

  • Hold an independent Massachusetts license as an LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
  • Have 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
  • Have at least 6 months of teletherapy experience.
  • Be proficient with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9.
  • Be comfortable using EHR systems.
  • Be willing and motivated to become licensed in other states.
  • Commit to 7–20 client sessions per week.
  • Provide 8–24 total hours of weekly availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
  • Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
  • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week.
  • Provide 8–24 total hours of weekly availability Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST.
  • Dedicate approximately 85% of total time to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
  • Use data to guide effective treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress.
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
  • Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
  • Attend manager check-ins for one hour per week during the first six weeks, followed by 30 minutes per month.
