Requirements
- Have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally have more than 1 year of CRA experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
- Have oncology experience; this is essential.
- Phase I experience is desirable but not essential.
- First-In-Human (FIH) experience is desirable but not essential.
- Be available for domestic travel, including overnight stays, which may constitute approximately 50–60% travel commitment.
- Be fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
- Ensure clinical studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations and standards.
- Coordinate activities required to set up and monitor studies.
- Identify investigators.
- Help prepare regulatory submissions.
- Conduct pre-study and initiation visits.
