Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in technical project management, particularly in technology software implementation and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate the ability to advise clients and navigate complex, ambiguous, and fast-changing business environments.
- Learn new technologies quickly and adapt to unfamiliar tools, systems, and project requirements.
- Have experience managing multiple projects or working across varied teams.
- Be familiar with project management and scheduling tools such as Notion, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Project.
- Bring strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with e-Builder, Procore, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365.
- Preferred: Experience in construction, real estate, technology-related industries, or consulting.
- Preferred: Experience working with enterprise-level clients and multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans with clients, including milestones, deliverables, timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of software implementation and technology lifecycle management projects.
- Guide clients through complex, ambiguous, and evolving project environments.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and communicate project risks, dependencies, and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Deliver high-quality project outputs on schedule and in line with agreed budgets and quality expectations.
- Prepare project status reports, maintain documentation, and monitor performance using data and metrics.
- Adapt project management approaches to client needs, organizational structures, technologies, and working environments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of project outcomes and contribute to the development of the consulting team's services.
