Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of dedicated QA experience in software quality engineering.
- Demonstrate technical competency in functional system analysis, API/backend validation, and automated framework design.
- Have hands-on experience with one or more of PyTest, REST Assured, Playwright, Karate, or Postman.
- Be proficient in at least one of Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
- Have solid SQL proficiency, including experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL.
- Be able to analyze distributed systems and turn operational support issues into reproducible test artifacts.
- Communicate platform gaps clearly and work autonomously.
- Have advanced verbal and written English proficiency (C1 minimum).
Responsibilities
- Validate end-to-end and functional workflows, including routes and logistics data across integrated applications and third-party endpoints.
- Investigate, reproduce, and root-cause system errors, edge cases, and issues reported by logistics and operations hub teams.
- Conduct exploratory and functional QA audits, identify platform deficiencies, and create test plans and technical documentation.
- Design, build, and maintain API and backend test automation suites for REST and gRPC microservices.
- Write and execute SQL scripts to validate routing state changes, message integrity, and data synchronization across platforms.
- Integrate test pipelines with GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, and collaborate with developers on workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
