Requirements

  • Hold an independent Illinois license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
  • Have 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
  • Have 6+ months of teletherapy experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9.
  • Be comfortable using EHR systems.
  • Be willing and motivated to become licensed in other states.
  • Commit to 8–24 total hours of weekly availability, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.
  • Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
  • Maintain a client caseload of 7–20 sessions per week.
  • Be available for 8–24 total hours weekly, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST.
  • Conduct ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
  • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust the approach based on client progress.
  • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
  • Complete, sign, and lock all documentation in the EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
  • Attend manager check-ins: one hour weekly during the first six weeks, then 30 minutes monthly.
